This day didn't end well a good mate of mine i've known since i was about 8, Kobi Graham. Kobi broke his neck in the afternoon, I hope he is ok and many wishes to him and his family.

I have been surfing ours for 10 years now and always wondered who it would be the first to die or get seriously hurt. I have watched some guys take some of the worst wipeouts I have ever seen there, some that I asked myself how did he not die, some that I have seen at other breaks where people did die. I have helped rescue 3 and watched 2 die even though we did all we could. I guess in our addictions we all take risks, but fuk thats who we are.

Sometimes to get so close to death and live makes a great ride, we live to tell the story and surf another day, II know I will see Kobi Graham out there again.

South Oz Trip

We went down to South Oz and had a mad trip. Got pumping waves the whole trip. When we left me, Dean Morrison and Ahu Taylor gave the kids all our boards. We took so many waves I guess we had to give something back to the community.

Driving in SA I found an old house that had been abandoned. I thought it need some stencil work hahahhaha.
